Sound baths are for you- your needs and your wants.

Slow Ground Sounds creates a safe and inclusive space for you to rest, refelect through calming sounds, soft candlelight and soothing sounds.

Mats are laid around the sound bowls while Gia plays. Sound baths begin with guided breath work to root down into our bodies and then the bowls are played for 50 minutes. Towards the end of the session you will be brought back to your body and the space with another guided breath and gentle movement practice.

Sound bath healing works by moving stagnant or blocked energy in your body, mind and soul. Like sun rays or ocean waves, sound too can be felt in the body.

Sound waves and vibrational tones help you relax, decompress, and enter a calming state so energy can flow in and around you. This is a time for you to connect with yourself and listen to what your being has to say.
