I was born and raised in Denver, CO and have lived all over the metro area. In 2021, I attended my first sound bath as a way to find community, rest and peace while navigating a new way of life after COVID. I attended sound baths focused near the full and new moons and felt a positive full body shift as I attended. I fell in LOVE with crystal sound healing and how relaxed my body and mind felt during and after a bath.

After a life changing diagnosis of endometriosis and PCOS, a full hysterectomy, and two excision surgeries I was dealing with intense chronic pain and was bed bound. Laying down was the only comfortable position I could maintain. Sound baths were the only public space I could manage as laying down was my way of life then.

Sound baths supported me as I navigated my health issues, multiple surgeries, mental health struggles and a desperate need for connection in community.

Now, my disease is under control and I have my quality of life back. I wanted to share this incredible healing opportunity with others and became a certified sound healer in 2025.

Slow Ground Sounds was established December 2025 in Denver, Colorado, with love and gratitude.
